Mayed was upset about this whole Higher Education, Arabic dilemma.. he decided we should make a campaign against it. So, I suggested we use the symbol of wisdom of the Qatari society as the face of the campaign. Shosho tried to say her name: Modie Monkey!!! It was hilarious.
My sister in law sent me this picture of Shosho drawing on a piece of paper. She said she just realized that Shosho loves to draw and she loves drawing before bed just like her aunt (me)..! <3

Photos from last week’s blackout. All the candles and lights are mine because nobody cares to buy/keep some around for emergencies. Even though I have them for different purposes! It was all nice and dandy until Shosho’s dad decided to join us, we all ran away!
Shosho’s being a good girl today, I gave her 3 Mac lipsticks and she didn’t ruin them. Now, she’s just taking her babies to al-jamiya! (Taken with instagram)

I apologize for the blog turn over, one time I’m reblogging music, and the other I’m reblogging lit quotes. It’s just a phase, and there is nothing better than lit quotes.
We’re throwing Shosho a small birthday party next Friday! It’s not technically a birthday party, but we want to bring her toys that shes never been bought before, less pink and brain-washing and more creativity-inducing, in addition to a reasonable cake, so yeah, it is a birthday party.
Hmm.. I wonder who’s this kind, and magical person to pay for all that. Plus the cake! Oh, and I told Ibrahim about it. He’s gonna be home on Sunday. He said he’ll bring her a present. I told him you don’t have to, she’ll be more than glad to see her favorite uncle! I miss Ibrahim, and I can’t wait to have that party for Shosho. She’ll be 2!! <3
